Important Note: All subscriptions to Sprott Hedge Funds require a subscription form (including subsequent purchases) which has been fully completed by the Subscriber. In addition, the subscription agreement must be delivered to the office of Sprott Private Wealth LP by fax or mail prior to the purchase deadline. If subscription forms are not received; it is understood and agreed that the Subscription may not be accepted or the trade may be rejected.
