My investment portfolio manager has always been a very conservative value type investor, so when he first suggested investing in your funds my interest was tweaked. I have been a holder of your Sprott Canadian Equity Fund for a few short years and I have enjoyed your success as my investment has grown. I have also carefully watched your Sprott Growth Fund from inception and I have been actively watching Peter Hodson and Jean-François Tardif on BNN as well. I have even purchased some of their picks, albeit a modest investment. I have been so impressed by the quality of your research and your team’s approach to investing that I have now added your Growth Fund to my portfolio during the recent pullback. I will continue to watch your funds/fund managers and will hopefully add to my initial investments in the near future. Thank you for sharing your vision with the average investor.

Anne, I also wanted to thank you. In 1987 when we bought our home I took $10,000 out of my margin account at Sprott. You tried to talk me out of it. Your conviction that I was doing myself a disservice probably made me leave the rest of my Sprott funds alone. As a result I now have the financial freedom to do what I want, an expecially sweet position to be in now that I have just turned 50. I am not sure exactly when I became a Sprott client, but I want to thank you and everyone at Sprott for making my fortune grow to what it is today, and for taking care of it for more than 20 years.

As I get older, I try to tell those younger and with less practical experience than myself, “Don’t play the market on your own.
