Peter Grosskopf, CFA

Senior Managing Partner, Sprott Inc.; Chief Executive Officer, Sprott Capital Partners & Advisor to Private Strategies, Sprott Inc.

Mr. Grosskopf is Chief Executive Officer of Sprott Capital Partners and an advisor to Sprott’s Private Strategies group. Peter served as Chief Executive Officer of Sprott Inc. for 12 years until 2022, leading the Company during its growth from $5 billion to more than $20 billion of assets under management. Prior to joining Sprott, Mr. Grosskopf was President of Cormark Securities Inc. He has a track record of building and growing successful businesses including Newcrest Capital Inc. (as one of its co-founders) which was acquired by the TD Bank Financial Group in 2000. Mr. Grosskopf is a CFA® charterholder and earned an Honours Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
