Sarah-Jane Martin is Managing Partner, Chief Talent Officer and Associate General Counsel at Sprott Inc. Prior to joining Sprott in 2011, Ms. Martin was an associate at McCarthy Tétrault LLP, a leading Canadian law firm. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours) from Queen’s University. Ms. Martin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and was called to the Ontario bar in 2007.
